Mustard Turkey Burger

Today’s recipe is a healthy and tasty recipe to celebrate the 4th of July with!  I always loving grilling and today’s recipe is no exception.  The recipe is a mustard turkey burger topped with even more mustard and a little bit of goat cheese! Give this recipe a try over the holiday weekend!

1 Package Ground Turkey

2 TBSP Greek Yogurt

2 TSP Mustard (I used 1 TSP Dijon Mustard and 1 TBSP Whole Grain Mustard), plus 4 TSP to top each burger

1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs

1/4 Cup Diced Onions

Goat Cheese to Garnish

Salt, Pepper, A dash of cayenne pepper, Garlic Salt

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed

Refrigerate for 1 hour

Divide into four equal parts and make a patty
