Happy Friday! Another week down. Today in honor of Chrissy Teigen’s pregnancy (I know a weird thing to talk about on here, but I love her instagram and her food blog), I made a recipe from Delushious for you. It is an herbed egg bake that takes less than 10 minutes! Follow Chrissy’s recipe below for herbed, buttery, and eggy goodness!
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon shredded parmesan (or as much as you desire!!)
Rosemary, parsley, thyme, and garlic (1/4 teaspoon of each)
6 eggs
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
Buttered, toasted bread for serving
Preheat oven to broiler setting
Add heavy cream and butter to ramekin
Place in oven until butter just starts to bubble and turn brown around edges of pan (about 2 minutes)
Pour cracked eggs in one at a time and top with herbs, cheese, and spices
Bake in oven for 5 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked through and eggs are still runny
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with toast
