Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Happy Friday!  Another week going way too quickly!  Today’s recipe is one that I have made over and over and can’t get enough of.  It is vanilla protein pancakes.  Follow the recipe below and you will be making these over and over as well!

3 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder

2 TBSP Coconut Flour

1/2 TSP Baking Powder

1/2 TSP Cinnamon

A few shakes of nutmeg

2 Egg Whites

1/3 Cup Milk

1 TSP Vanilla

1 TBSP Honey

 In a bowl, mix dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients

Combine wet and dry mixes and whisk until smooth texture

Heat skillet over medium high heat

Spray or drizzle with olive oil

Pour 1/4 cup of batter in the skillet and flip when pancakes starts to bubble

Repeat process until batter is gone

Top with fruit of choice!

Topped with blueberries and cherries!
