Mother’s Day is THIS Sunday, so if you haven’t bought your mother a gift, start shopping now! It is also a great time to finalize the menu you will be cooking for her. Nothing says I love you more than a home-cooked meal! Today’s thirsty Thursday post is to go with your brunch you will be serving. It incorporates champagne but not n the typical glass–it is a champagne popsicle! Follow the directions below!
1 Bottle of Champagne
4 Medium Strawberries, Sliced
Popsicle Molds (or Dixie Cups!)
Place sliced strawberries in mold (about 1 strawberry per mold)
Gently pour champagne into molds (you can either make enough popsicles to use the entire bottle of champagne, or make a couple and have leftover champagne!)
Top molds with sticks
Place in freezer for a few hours until sold
Carefully remove champagne popsicle when ready to be enjoyed!
