With summer in full swing, I love having something cold and refreshing (other than a cold drink) after being outside for the day. But, I also don’t want the calories to go along with the ice cream or froyo that I often crave. So, I decided to give homemade popsicles a try. I made a juice, drank some, and froze the remaining in popsicle molds. The next day, when I came home to get out of the sun, I treated myself to the juice pop, and it satisfied my craving for something cold and refreshing! Give the below juice popsicle a try!
1 Stalk Celery
1 Large Grapefruit
1/4 Small Watermelon
This made 5 popsicles and some for drinking. Any time I have some extra juice, I am now going to freeze into a popsicle mold, so I can have ready in my freezer for a hot day.
