Tuesday’s Tip-How to Make An Easy Appetizer

Did everyone stuff themselves during Thanksgiving, do a cleanse, and now are ready for the next holidays?!  That is exactly my story.  Today’s tip is a very easy appetizer for all those upcoming holiday parties you will be going too.  You can take this and warm it up at the house, or it is a great and tasty appetizer you can serve at your house.  My inspiration came because over Thanksgiving we had a little extra cranberry sauce leftover and a wheel of brie cheese.  I simply added one more ingredient and this recipe was born.  Follow the instructions below!

1 wheel of brie cheese

2 TBSP Cranberry Sauce (use recipe on the back of the bag!!)

1 TBSP Slivered Almonds

Cut brie in half and place in sprayed oven safe dish

Spoon on cranberry sauce

Top with almonds

Place other half of brie on top of almonds

Bake in toaster oven for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt

Serve with your favorite veggies and/or crackers!
