After a fun, tiring, and exciting week away, NewsforChews is back!! Since we ate amazing and rich food, when we came back, we wanted a nice, clean, fulfilling meal, and the answer was turkey meatballs! Follow the recipe below!
1 Pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 TSP Hidden Valley Ranch Season
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, and Onion Powder
1/2 Small Onion, diced
Preheat oven to 375
Sautee onion on stove until golden brown
Add onion to ingredients and mix together (with your hands since they are your best tools!)
Form mixture into balls (I used a teaspoon to help keep guide me to make them the same size)
Bake in oven for 45 minutes, or until cooked through
Serve (I served mine with brussels sprouts) and enjoy!
