Tuesday’s Tip: Keeping your pancakes warm

Over the weekend, I made some incredible Greek yogurt pancakes (recipe coming soon!) and found a tip I haven’t shared with you. When you make a large number of pancakes (or waffles), it is important to keep the cooked pancakes or waffles warm and crispy until you serve. A way to do this is to preheat your oven to 150 – 200 degrees, place your cooked pancakes or waffles in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in the oven. You can overlap them slightly, but don’t stack them on top of one another or they will get soggy. This will keep them just warm and crispy enough while you finish cooking the entire batter.

Stay hungry…
