Thirsty Thursday: Rosé-Campari Spritzer

It’s summer, which means it’s rosé time!  I like enjoying rosé as is, but I saw a version of today’s recipe on BonAppétit.com, and decided it would be a good change up to my normal rosé game.  I substituted a few ingredients, because my store didn’t have them, but find the original recipe HERE.  

¾ cup grapefruit juice, chilled 

¼ cup Campari

¼ cup fresh lime juice

4 teaspoons sugar

1 750ml bottle sparkling rosé, chilled

Ruby red grapefruit wedges (for serving)

Whisk grapefruit juice, Campari, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved

Stir in rosé

Serve spritz in large ice-filled wine glasses

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
