Today I tried a recipe that I didn’t know how it would turn out. I wanted to make a Thirsty Thursday recipe, but I have already given you a pumpkin smoothie recipe (HERE), so I was searching to see if juicing a pumpkin was possible. For some reason I couldn’t find the answer, so I decided to give it a try on my own. After some tweaking, the juice turned out as I hoped. Follow the recipe below for a refreshing fall juice recipe!
1 Stalk Celery
2 Large Carrots
1 Apple
1 inch of Ginger
1/2 Small Pumpkin
1 Lemon
1 Cup Water
Optional: 1 Orange
Dice fruit and veggies
Alternate fruit, veggies, and water until all items are juiced
Strain juice (I used the bag I use to make my almond milk)
