Today I am giving a different version of one of my favorite crock pot recipes. I usually make salsa verde chicken (recipe HERE). I decided to give the recipe a try with a different protein…this time I used pork tenderloin. I think the pork tenderloin turned out even better than the chicken! Follow the very easy crock pot recipe below!
2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
24 ounces Salsa Verde
1 TSP Cumin
Side of choice

Salsa Verde Pork Tenderloin
Place pork tenderloin, salsa verde, and cumin in a crock pot
Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours, or until pork is cooked through
Shred pork with 2 forks
Turn crock pot off and serve pork over side of choice (( served the pork over spaghetti squash)
