Thirsty Thursday: Mean Green Smoothie!

Today’s smoothie is a good one.  It’s all things green and uses a kiwi, which I haven’t used in a smoothie before.  A pile of them were staring at me at the grocery store begging to be purchase, so I bought a few and threw one, along with a lot of other goodness, into today’s smoothie.  Give this guy a try!

1 Scoop Vega Protein & Greens 

1/2 Avocado

1 Kiwi, skin removed, a few slices reserved for garnish

1 TSP Cinnamon

1/2 Frozen Banana

1 TSP Matcha Powder

1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

1 TSP Vanilla

1/2 Green Apple

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Garnish with kiwi slices, hemp seeds, and matcha, or any other garnishes of choice
