Some mornings I am very lazy to prepare my breakfast, so I do a lot of meal prep on the weekends to make the mornings a bit more manageable. And, today’s breakfast is just that…meal prep that makes breakfast easy. This recipe also makes a great snack or dessert, especially during the hot spring and summer months upcoming. They are fruity frozen yogurt bars!
1 Container (17.6 ounces) Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Container Modern Oats, flavor of choice (or 1 Cup Oats)
2 Cups Frozen (or fresh) berries of choice
1 TBSP Honey
2 TBSP Dried Cranberries
1 TSP Cinnamon
2 TBSP Slivered or Chopped Nuts of choice
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving a few nuts and dried cranberries

Frozen Yogurt Bar Ingredients Combined
Pour mixture into a large 8 x 5 plastic container
Sprinkle reserved nuts and cranberries on top of yogurt

Ready to go into the freezer
Cut yogurt into equal slices (this will make it easier to recut when frozen)
Freeze overnight
When ready to eat, remove from freeze, and let thaw for about 10 minutes
Cut yogurt into slices again and remove desired number of slices
Serve and enjoy
You can also remove all slices from container and place in plastic bags
You can also throw these slices into a smoothie!
