One last recipe for your Super Bowl party this weekend and it’s probably the simplest to make. Only a few steps, but the result are delicious pizza tarts. You can even allow your guests to make theirs individually. Have a toppings bar full of veggies chicken, olives, or anything else and let your guests get creative. 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry
9 Pepperoni Slices
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Marinara Sauce
Flour
Cooking Spray
Italian Seasonings

Pizza Tart Ingredients
Place puff pastry sheet on a plate on your counter for about 45 minutes, or until it is thawed completely
Preheat oven to 425
Lightly flour your kitchen counter and place puff pastry sheet on counter
Cut pastry in 9 equal squares

Cut puff pastry
On a rimmed cookie sheet, place a piece of parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray
Place 9 pastry squares on parchment paper
Place a TSP of marinara in the center of each square and spread sauce–don’t spread sauce too close to edges. Leave about 1/2 inch

Adding Pizza Sauce
Sprinkle with seasonings and place one pepperoni
Top with cheese, again being careful not to touch edges
Bake in oven for 6 minutes
Remove pan from oven, flip the cookie sheet, and cook again for 6 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool, and serve!
