Tuesday’s Tip: Pumpkin Butter

Today’s Tuesday’s tip is an easy 2 ingredient pumpkin butter that you can scoop into smoothies, top on toast, or dip apples into.  It is a simple ratio of 2:1…two tablespoons of peanut butter for every 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree.  Stir together desired amounts of peanut butter (or you can substitute for another butter) and pumpkin puree and use as you wish!
