Wow, sorry I’ve been MIA. I was in NYC for work and was slammed! I even had my posts ready to be posted, but didn’t have time to even hit the publish button. But, now I am back with new and exciting posts for you! Today’s tip is a very quick breakfast or snack that includes two of my favorite foods: cottage cheese and avocado.
Simply cut your avocado in half, remove pit, scoop cottage cheese into where the pit was, and top with a twist or two of freshly ground pepper.
