I’ve been using a lot of ginger recently–in smoothies and in recipes. But, no matter how small I cut it or how hard I grate it, I can’t get the ginger small enough or enough when I grate it. Enter today’s tip. Simply freezer your ginger. Not only will this lengthen the life of your ginger, it makes grating it very easy!
