Summer time is filled with BBQ, which means a lot of burgers. I try to change recipes so I don’t get sick of the same one over and over. But, by far today’s recipe is one of my favorites. Instead of piling the toppings/condiments on the burger, I am putting them inside the burger! The mustard and mayo or Greek yogurt inside the burger helps to keep it moist. I can’t wait to try a few different adaptations of this burger!
Ground Turkey
2 TBSP Mustard
2 TBSP Greek Yogurt (or Mayo)
2 TBSP Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper (about 1/2 TSP each)
Preheat oven to 375 or fire up your grill!
In a bowl, combine all ingredients using your hands
With your hand, score the mixture into 4 even sections
Take each section and form a patty
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through or grill
Serve with sides of choice and layer with extra toppings, if desired
