We all throw away food that has spoiled. In fact according to a recent report, American households estimate that they throw out approximately $640 worth of food each year! So, today’s tip on how to store onions will help prevent a bit of your food waste. Place these guys in a paper bag and store them in a cool, dark space, such as an unheated garage to make them last more than two weeks. Just make sure the location is above freezing!
