Dijon Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts

While I was home in Pennsylvania in March my family and I went out to dinner.   I ordered a steak and had mustard roasted Brussels Sprouts on the side.  These were probably my favorite part of the meal, so naturally I had to recreate them for myself!  My recipe turned out fantastic and I hope you give it a try!

3 TBSP Dijon Mustard

2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

2 TBSP EVOO

2 Cups Cleaned and Halved Brussels Sprouts

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375

 Whisk together mustard, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper until combined

Cut Brussels Sprouts and Mustard Sauce

 Pour over Brussels Sprouts and mix until Brussels are coated

Brussels ready to be roasted

 Bake in oven for 30 minutes, or until Brussels are tender and starting to brown
