Tuesday’s Tip: Use Frozen or Precut Cauliflower

Since this week is cauliflower week, today’s tip is simply to use frozen or precut cauliflower!  This ensures that you are getting just the “heart” of the cauliflower that you will use all of.  And, as an added bonus you won’t have cauliflower tidbits everywhere on your counter, in your sink, on the floor, as you would if you were using and cutting a head of cauliflower.  

If you are making cauliflower rice, you will want to use precut cauliflower and if you are making soup (come back Thursday!), mashed cauliflower, or non-rice recipes, you can use frozen.
