The last part of your Super Bowl 49 equation is the dessert. And, I promise you today’s recipe is the easiest one to make, as it incorporates three pre-made store bought ingredients! A side note…one of my favorite parts about the summer time is roasting marshmallows over a fire and making a s’more. I always try to make a s’more in the microwave to feed my craving when I can’t make a fire outside, but this never tastes as good as s’mores should. But, today’s s’more pie recipe is easy, delicious, and will fill your Super Bowl guest’s s’more cravings! Follow the recipe below for one pie, which may not be enough, depending on the number of guests you are expecting!
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 450
Once oven is preheated, bake pie crust for approximately 5 minutes
Take pie crust out and let cool to the touch
After this, pour chocolate chips to cover bottom of pie crust
Then, top the chocolate chips with marshmallows, making sure they touch
Bake pie in oven for approximately 6 minutes, or until marshmallows have started to turn golden brown
Let pie cool for 20-30 minutes
Slice and enjoy!
Just remember when you are slicing, the marshmallows are VERY sticky! You may have to clean your knife, or use two to help cut the pie.
