A few Thirsty Thursdays ago I gave you my staple morning shake recipe. Today, I wanted to give you another one of my favorites that is a little more delectable. I hope you enjoy this one as well.
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
2 TBSP Flax Oil
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1/4 – 1/2 Cup Water
Handful of Kale
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
