Almost every day while on vacation, I juiced. Since being back, I still juice, but now that I have to go to work, I am in a little bit of a time crunch in the mornings (I like my sleep!). So, instead of rushing around and making myself late for work, I implemented today’s tip to save a few minutes! Instead of cleaning, pealing, and cutting my produce for my juices (or even smoothies) in the morning, I do this the night before. I timed myself and this process takes about 6-8 minutes, depending on the recipe I use! I know it isn’t a huge amount of time, but every minute counts, right?! I also place a bowl beside my cutting board and place the scraps directly into the bowl. Then I dump it directly into the trash.
