On Tuesday I gave you a great juicing tip to help save a few minutes in your morning routine, and today I am giving you one of my favorite juice recipes. (Thirsty Thursday a day late!) I hope you enjoy the recipe below!
2 Large Carrots
1 Lemon
1 Orange
1 Grapefruit
1 Apple
1 inch piece of ginger
1/4 TSP Cayenne Pepper
Wash and cut apple and carrots
Peel citrus
Peel ginger-tip on how HERE
Starting with citrus, juice all ingredients
I start with the soft produce and end with the hard produce. I feel juicing the hard produce at the end aids in juicing as much of the produce as possible.
Whisk in pepper and pour into glass of choice
