Tuesday’s Tip-Defrosting your Meat!

Hope everyone had a great weekend and a great Monday!  My weekend was amazing because I went back to Ann Arbor, Michigan, and watched, with a record breaking 115,109 fanatical fans , as the Michigan Wolverine football team defeated Notre Dame in the last game played at The Big House!  Go Blue!

Well, today’s tip sort of has a tailgating theme.  Meat!!  When defrosting your meat, pour vinegar over it, because the vinegar helps bring down the freezing temperate of the meat and helps to thaw quicker.  The vinegar also helps tenderize the meat!
