Tuesday’s Tip-Baking with Glass Dishes

Hope everyone had a great weekend!  How many times did you bake over the holidays?!  If you were following my new instagram (user name is newsforchews-everyone go follow me!) or saw last week’s make your own Twix bar post (http://newsforchews.com/2013/01/03/make-your-own-twix-bars-salted-caramel-chocolate-shortbread-bars/) you saw that my family hosted a dessert party.  So, my mom and I were busy bakers for the party.  If you ever wondered if your dishes bake at different temperatures, they do!  When using glass, always turn your oven back by 25 degrees.  Glass cooks faster!  (If recipe says heat to 375, turn to 350).

Another time you turn back your oven by 25 degrees is if you live in warmer climates.
