Tuesday’s Tip-How to Use Paprika

Today’s tip is for when you are cooking white meat–chicken, turkey, or pork.  Sprinkle these meats with paprika, which hardly has any taste, before cooking.  When the paprika is heated, it releases color, which will give your meat a just-grilled appearance!  You can also sprinkle paprika into pasta sauces, chili, stew, on french fries, or any foods you want a richer color!

Stay hungry!
