Tuesday’s Tip-How to Make Mincing Garlic Easier!

Today’s tip is useful if you mince a lot of garlic.  After you slice the garlic a few times, add kosher salt to the garlic to help aid in making the garlic into paste once you continue mincing.  The salt will act as an abrasive and it will be much easier to mince the garlic.
