Tuesday’s Tip-Freeze your Sauces!

If you are pressed for time during the weeknights, an easy tip for having sauce available quickly is to save and freeze leftover sauces from previous meals in ice cube trays.  When you are ready to use the sauce, reheat the cubes in a sauté pan!  This way the sauces won’t go bad in your fridge!
