Boca Burgers are such an easy Meatless Monday meal to prepare, I make them often and when I don’t have a lot of time to cook. This is one of my favorite recipes, so I hope you enjoy!
Boca Burger
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Edamame
Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, and Onion Powder to taste
Balsamic Vinegar
Add mushrooms and tomatoes to heated pan on oven, sprayed with cooking spray
While mushrooms and tomatoes are cooking, defrost the frozen patty for about 1 minute (if you have time, you can let the patty defrost for 15 minutes on counter)
Add patty and spices to pan
Add edamame and balsamic vinegar (just enough to almost cover the patty)
Turn heat to medium-high heat and let balsamic reduce
