Tuesday’s Tip

Sorry about no post yesterday!  I was to tired to write my post on Sunday since I ran a half marathon!  Today’s post is…if you are boiling water to make pasta, potatoes, quinoa, or anything else that requires to boil water.  Make sure you salt the water AFTER the water comes to a boil.  Doing so before the water boils will cause your pot to be scarred by the salt.  Also, the salt will prevent your pasta, potatoes, quinoa, etc from sticking together!
