Tuesday’s Tip

This is such an easy tip.  For those of you in a rush and always looking for a quick snack to grab when you come home from work, from the gym, or just when you are hungry, you will love this tip.  When you get home from the grocery store, clean, cut, and store celery in a zip lock bag so you can grab a few stalks when you get hungry!  Coat them with a bit a peanut butter for a more filling snack.  And if you want to get fancy, add some raisins for ants on a log!  Easy right?!
