Tuesday’s Tip-Peeling Hard Boiled Eggs

To go along with last week’s Tuesday’s Tip and Deviled Eggs recipe, I have another tip for you to make peeling eggs easier.  After you cook the eggs and shock them in a ice bath, for easy peeling, simply crack the shell and then run the eggs under cold water.  The water gets under the shell and helps you peel the egg much easier!  No more time spent expecting an egg to see if you peeled the entire shell off…with this technique you will know the entire shell came off.

Go hard boil some eggs to give this technique a try!
