Tuesday’s Tip

For any of you who love hard boiled eggs, but have a hard time cooking them to perfection, look no further.  Here is my Tuesday Tip on how to cook a perfect hard boiled egg every time!

Take the amount of eggs you are going to cook out of the fridge and let rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.  Bring a pot of water to boil, take off the heat, and gently add the eggs to the pot.  Cover the pot and let the eggs cook for 15 minutes.  Run the eggs under cold water or shock them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.  Let completely cool in the fridge and enjoy!
