Tuesday Tip

Today’s tip is an easy way to have a healthy salad dressing…make your own!  I use about a tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and about 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard.  I also add my spices…onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper.  Because I make this dressing almost 5 times per week, I don’t measure anymore.  This dressing also isn’t just for salads.  You can coat your vegetables in it and roast them in the oven.
