Here is another quick easy recipe that you can prepare in advance or keep in your freezer for when you are running low on time. Salmon in foil. The same idea as Chicken in a Bag, but with fish. Here is how I made the recipe this time:
Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Salt
Tin Foil (about 12×8 rectangle)
(Veggies can be frozen or fresh).
Preheat oven to 350
If using fresh veggies, slice into bite sized portions
Place Salmon in center of tin foil
Place veggies (NOT edamame) over salmon
Drizzle 1 tbsp of Olive Oil over mixture. (if you have white wine, you can drizzle about the same amount over as well)
Fold tin foil into pocket
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes (the rule is 10 minutes per inch thickness)
Serve over warmed shelled edamame
