Some days I really want to eat potato chips, but I don’t want to eat all of those calories. What I really want is the salty taste the chips provide. If I have a chip craving, I make a healthier version, kale chips. This is a very simple recipe, but it just as fulfilling as potato chips themselves. Follow the recipe below!
Preheat oven to 425
1 bunch of Kale
Sea Salt
Olive Oil Spray
Tear leaves off of the Kale and lay them flat on rimmed cookie sheet(s)
Spray Kale with Olive Oil Spray
Sprinkle with Sea Salt
Roast in oven for 15 minutes
