In this hot 100 degree LA weather, nothing is better than a cold smoothie! This recipe I found in Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food Magazine and has been much appreciated this week! Follow the recipe below!
10 oz frozen peaches OR 3-4 large fresh peaches (peeled & sliced) & 1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend til smooth
I mix it up with the fruit…add some blueberries, raspberries, strawberries…pretty much any frozen (or fresh fruit) you want!
